Thread: Dream Incubation Techniques?

What are some Dream Incubation techniques? I want to try to create a topic for my dream, like dreaming about being a soldier in the army. How could i go about incubating that dream?

Visually Incubated Lucid Dream

Basically, what you do, is you just dream up a dream story, (oh, if you want a lucid dream, make sure you reality check in your dream story) And when you fall asleep, you're probably going to dream of that.

OR, you can do a variation of WILD. Just do the same things as WILD, but then imagine that your in where you want to be. Smell, hear, feel, and taste as if your actually there. Eventually, you'll actually BE in the dream.
