      I had a weird experience with dream recall

      Today I woke up and tried to recall my dreams, I couldn't remember any dreams at all. This is only my second day trying to recall my dreams the first day was really successful. I really thought I failed at trying to remember my dreams, but a few hours later I felt like I had a dream. It is hard to explain I just had a feeling I had a dream. Then about an hour after that all of the sudden it just hit me! I remembered two different dreams from today. I wasn't even doing anything or thinking of anything that happened in one of my dreams it was completely random . I didn't remember the dreams in great detail but I think I remember most of it, although I do feel like there are some small parts missing. I woke up twice today once from people walking in my house and I went back to sleep but then I woke up again and actually got up is this why I had two dreams? I just think it was really weird that I remembered my dreams randomly in my day. What do you all think?

      It's kinda normal. Sounds that you were hearing while you were sleeping and then heard while conscious might have triggered memory. The brain works in mysterious ways.

      Happens often. Something from the RL reminds of you of the dream and you remember it.

      this happends to me all the time more and more of the dream come to me during the day
