I used to lucid dream when school was in but now that school is out i have been getting less sleep and i have no dream recall. I stay awake to long and now i wake up at like 12 everyday and i totally lost how to lucid dream. |

step one would be to try to regulate your sleeping patterns I can imagine.. you could try to lay off any caffeine, and try not to do anything to mentally, emotionally, or physically, stimulating closer to the evening and nighttime. also, make sure your room is dark, really dark in the night and early morning, you could also just wake up to an alarm set for 9-ish until your body naturally wants to. |

Yea I reckon just try getting to sleep a lot earlier. It really does help. |
