Unhappy How to start lucid dreaming once again?

I used to lucid dream when school was in but now that school is out i have been getting less sleep and i have no dream recall. I stay awake to long and now i wake up at like 12 everyday and i totally lost how to lucid dream. Can anyone tell me some ways to get back on track and sleep at 11 and not at like 3 in the morning and wake up at like 9 and not 12 or 1?

step one would be to try to regulate your sleeping patterns I can imagine.. you could try to lay off any caffeine, and try not to do anything to mentally, emotionally, or physically, stimulating closer to the evening and nighttime. also, make sure your room is dark, really dark in the night and early morning, you could also just wake up to an alarm set for 9-ish until your body naturally wants to.

Another thing you can try is to repeat to yourself as you're falling asleep: "i will wake up at 9" .. but you have to believe that you will, for this to work...

      hope this helps -tboi

Yea I reckon just try getting to sleep a lot earlier. It really does help.
Try and let your body wake itself up naturally after a full nights rest, also try lay still when you wake up and go over your dream, then write it down in your DJ.
