After the First Lucid Dream do They Become More Frequent?

So about a week ago i had my first lucid dream, it was totally awesome. Anyways i do the exact same things as i did the night when i had the lucid dream and im not having another. Should i continue what i did until it happens again? And since the first should it have become any easier to have a lucid dream?
      Thanks

it really depends.....I go through phases. one week, I will LD every night, then I won't LD the next week barely at all. Usually they will become more steady, but only after time. My LD "schedule" is a lot more balanced now, but sometimes it gets weird, and I've had quite a bit of LDs.

I think you're more prone to it after the first one. You become "self-aware."

If you have one your liable to have more because you'll be thinking about it more, I remember I was really into LDing a few months back and I had about 3 DILDs just because I was thinking about it, so yes, they should increase in frequency if you keep it up.

Yeah definitely. You gain a lot of confidence once you realize it's possible for you to do it.

Congrats on the lucid! You should definitely keep doing what you're doing. Know that lucid dreams aren't always predictable and don't always happen on a daily basis, so just because you didn't have one the next night, it doesn't mean much in terms of your technique. Everyone has good and bad nights in terms of LDing.

I personally believe that lucids become more frequent once you have your first one, because you realize that it's possible to achieve them. You also refine your induction techniques over time, throwing away pieces that don't work and adding pieces that do, so that too can lead to more frequent LDs.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Yes I would say they become more frequent, but you don't need to do the exact same thing to keep getting them.
