Dreamnt a guy was drunk and ran out onto the toad

Last night I dreamt this guy was drunk and was staggering around some building. Some people were trying to help him, but he ran out onto the road and got instantly killed by an oncoming car.

I'm really concerned about this dream, as I can't help but think the guy is me.
I'm female and I don't drink, but I'm going through a hard time right now.

Maybe this is your subconscious' way of telling you to let people in so they can help? That is, if your shutting certain people out at this time. Or it could just be a random, meaningless dream.
