Why often i get dreams about Work and Fears instead of things I like?

Many of my dreams have been scary or about work. It's interesting. Does this happen to everyone?

and why is it fear and work(fears about losing job or something) which is a feeling, pops out in my mind more than beeing excited about something i love to do (which is also a feeling).

Like i like girls, like hobbies. and that almost never pops into my dreams. It seems most of what pops into my dreams is negative stuff: fear, concerns.

i'm male 31
and i can even recall my dream at age 6 and it was also about fears and demons.

When you constantly have a bad dream that means you are trying to run away from something. Your dreams are telling you that you need to confront your fears in waking life. Or maybe you could start by doing that in your dreams. Try to become lucid during this nightmares and face the problem head on. I used to have nightmares all the time, and I still do occasionally. I have done some reading up on it and most people say it is a result of something you are trying to escape in your waking life.

Also, you can get nightmares from consuming alcohol too. When I drank a lot, it caused me to have a lot of nightmares. Bad dreams can be a omen for bad health. Maybe there is something in your life you need to change. Dreams can often be healers, and diagnose our problems metaphorically. You might be having bad dreams because you unconscious is telling you to change something about your life, now. Eating too much junk food? or maybe smoking cigarettes?
