Hi... I was wondering the period when non-rem dreams occur...I suspect it's stage 1 or stage 2...or perhaps stage 2 before REM? If I know when it occurs I could time a light to enable a brief awakening from the non-rem dream and go back in lucid because I think that was what happened on two occasions of using a light...I did not become lucid but was able to renter the dream very briefly with the dream idea/plan intact but it was not vivid and lasted only a bit and I woke up fully.
