Supplement causing very vivid and violent dreams

The stuff i'm taking is a mixture of Mucuna Pruriens, GABA, Phosphatidicholine, Ginko Biloba and one other thing i can't remember right now...

I'm also taking some Valerian tea and some maca root as well.

Anyway so last night i had one of the most violent dreams i can remember, like really bloody and vivid. I can still picture one of the guys i killed with a wooden stake as it went right through his body and came out the other side.

The dream started off with me and this hot older redhead making out and we were going to find a place to fuck when we get interrupted by these 2 greasy mexicans. One of them has this whip thing made of razors and he took all the fingers off one hand of the woman i was with, this made me mad so i came at him and his buddy...managed to kill his buddy then he charges me and breaks the weapon i was using in half but i used the sharp stick part to impale him and watch him die with a sense of satisfaction. I could see the grain of the wood and the blood oozing out of his ugly corpse and everything, it was pretty cool...

Before that i had a dream about the picture of dorian grey and vampires and the night before i had a dream about werewolves.

God i wonder what it'll be like tonight, i'm gonna increase the dose on everything and see if my dreams get any more fucked up.

lolgreasymexicans. thats horrid. i'd be up for killing vampires or monsters and shit, but i wake up feeling very disturbed whenever i kill a person in a dream.

anyway, have fun, don't get too crazy with the dosing. :E

Did you make this mixture? Or buy it as a whole?

meh it happens quite a lot that i end up killing other people in my dreams, i'm kinda used to it by now

i'm taking the Valerian separate but all the other stuff with the exception of the maca which i'm no longer taking is together in a liquid extract

i'm taking out the Maca and putting in some chamomile tea in the hope that my sleep will be even better, plus the Maca tastes TERRIBLE and i don't think i can stand it any longer

Please share the name of the mixture, and where we can purchase it.

Uhh, the mixture doesn't really have a name, per say. It comes in a 240 ml plastic bottle, it says "MAUVE" on it and "FOCUS", its supposed to be a supplement to help people with ADD, like to help them concentrate.

The other ingredient i couldn't think of before is Bacopa in case anyone is interested.

I originally bought it because it had the Mucuna Pruriens in it but i stopped because the doses required to give me the effects i want are too high and i'm not spending that much money on supplements.

wow, my dreams are hardly ever bloody. I would consider this a really bad nightmare.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

i wouldn't say it was a nightmare, it wasn't all that scary, just kinda fucked up.

Ended up having a DILD last night, i tried flying but the dream didn't last long enough for me to do much.

Since i stopped those supplements a few days ago my dreams have become more normal again (more sex/women and less violence).

I've been drinking lots of Valerian and Chamomile tea, really helps me relax and get to sleep and seems to make my dreams a lot clearer and easier to remember.

Lots of these kinds of substances are the opposite of REM enhancers, and only seem that way because of “REM rebound”. From your description (and without researching), the substances sound like REM suppressants; which prevent/reduce dreams in the fist half of the night, and so in the second half they half to try to make up for lost time. Less pleasant and more intense dreams are a classical sign of REM suppression/rebound.
