I will lay in my bed and just imagine me being somewhere and just kind of act it out in my head. I usually start thinking I'm at school, because that's where I'm at most of the day, and just talk to your friends. Really you just make a story up in your head pretty much. When you start getting tired you will start to hear your story changing without really thinking it or that's what it feels like anyways, it will almost feel like there are voices saying stuff in your head, just adding onto the story or it may be completely different, usually people block that voice out and go on with there story, but when it happens just let it flow and if it stops start off where you stopped at with your story or create a new one from what your brain made. After awhile you will go from thinking of that dream to being in it, all the sudden. This is really cool I have been doing this for the past week and it helps me get a dream going, and then usually I can remember it easier. |
