Thread: Ghost encounters during Sleep Paralysis? Strange experience

Earlier today my boyfriend and I took a nap in the upstairs room which we both have weird feelings about that room and believe it is haunted.

The nap lasted about an hour (2pm to 3pm) I experienced normal feeling sleep paralysis around 2:20. Just the normal feeling of being paralyzed that I always get. I thought nothing of it and fell back to normal sleep once i got out of the paralysis.

10 minutes later, I went into sleep paralysis again. This time, I felt strong vibrations through my upper body, traveling all the way down to my feet. It was very weird I never felt vibrations during sleep paralysis before. Then I got the feeling that a ghost was in the room, I sensed it was female.

That freaked me out so I woke up and went downstairs to put on my make-up. Just a few minutes into my make-up, I heard my boyfriend groaning from upstairs. I also groan during sleep paralysis because I'm actually trying to scream in order to wake up, or get someone to wake me up. I figured this was what he was doing so I went up to check on him. I woke him up, and sure enough he told me what had happened. He explained the exact same vibration feeling that I felt. It's strange because nether of us had experienced vibrations during SP before. It's also strange that we both had this feeling within 10-20 minutes of each other.

We also heard a tapping sound in the room during our nap. We both agreed we sensed a female spirit.

Was wondering if anyone experienced anything like this before? and why was the spirit doing this lol

woww... im so scared of all the ghosts stuff... but anyway.. not normal.. i mean not usual.. its just your haunted house.. hehe

This is what scares me about SP lol, I haven't seen it myself, but I caught a show one time where they were talking about SP and some lady clamied to see Aliens, another just saw frightening monsters, so it does happen. I don't personally believe in ghosts, but if you do then maybe that's another reason :p
