Dreams are for the modification of human behavior. That is what the mind does. A symbol in a dream is specific to your psychology.
Good and Evil, right and wrong, have nothing to do with religion, nor are the references religious, they are symbols your mind reacts to. They are rooted in your psychological past.
In the end, all it means is how it modified your behavior. Our behavior is modified in one of two ways, by concentrating on what we think an evironment wants, that is why it is often anthropomorphic, and by what we want.
What we want can be based on simple desire, or desire modified with knowledge.
Scripturally, Satan and Christ were the same person--it is in the text even plainly in one place in metaphor in many more. This does not mean that Christ was evil or that Satan is good. Good and evil is not something in the environment, it is also not "in" us, but "is" us. It relates to how we function in accordance with a particular job. Our job, of maintaining and promoting our life.
How we see reality is directly proportional to our ability to perform our job---as mind, as creature whose behavior is modified by understanding.
