Really Creepy Phenomena
Last night I was dreaming away and then in the dream me and my mates where playing a soccer match and my friends and then his legs caught around my neck and i felt a weird sensation, then everything went in slow motion and just then, it felt as if my neck was breaking and I was dying, then my dream ended, I was awake but first of, I could not open my eyes, I couldn't move and couldn't talk i tried to scream but barley anything came out, and as it happened I heared a high pitched noise,
and the momment the noise faded, my eyes opened and I could move again, I layed in bed knowing it was some form of sleep paralysis but while my dream ended, then I went back asleep and as I awoke the same thing occured with me couldn't move my legs, and then all I could feel is my heart beat, which felt stronger than usual, in fact thats all I could feel, then I was back to normal, then it occured two more times while lying in bed that morning, before I got up.
Later on I layed in bed to see would it happen again but it wouldn't happen while I was fully awake, the expierence is very unvivid and difficult to remember. Maybe it was sleep paralysis but repeated 4 times in a row, and was very different than previous expierences for me.

These could have all been false awakenings as well. The screaming part sounds like something that would happen in a dream.

Hearing a really high pitched noise is quite common whenever I get sleep paralysis, some times it can be really intense and uncomfortable. Just try to remain rational next time it happens... remind yourself that whatever happens, you are only dreaming... if you hear people screaming or touching you, it is all in your mind.
One thing I have found really helpful with sleep paralysis is to imagine rolling out of bed. I don't actually try to move, I simply imagine rolling over while repeating to myself 'I am dreaming'
99% of the time I roll out of bed only to perform an RC and realize I am dreaming.

Sounds like SP with HH to me. SP can occur multiple times, especially for people who are prone to getting it.

In one of my SP experiences I heard what sounded like a train while "falling" through my couch.
Pretty cool.
