Oh my gosh, you're fast. =P Let me think... I did 1.5 miles in... This math really isn't that hard... 13 minutes. xD I'm not a hardcore runner, I just do it for exercise or when I'm bored. If you'd like we can compare times, but I'm really not going for speed, so I'm not sure it would be very helpful. Someone more hardcore should come along eventually. ^^

When i was training for the taekwondo nationals my private coach got me down to a 3 minute mile in 29 minutes.

My quarter mile was at 59 seconds.

And my full mile was at 5:30.

Not very fast, but it did get me in shape trying to push me that hard.

Well is there any chance you want to start running again and keep track of times? We could start with smaller runs like the mile or mile and a half.

Your mile time was 5:30? And that's not very fast...? O.O

I could probably do 3 miles in 29 minutes without too much trouble, but I can barely get below an 8-minute mile. ^^'

Starting doing weight training again. Loving it.

Swimming for cardio, also awesome. Was able to do 50m in 50 seconds, although that was all I could do. Will be working on improving endurance, I can currently do 6-8 50m laps without stopping. I want to get back up to 20-30 within a few weeks.

Still doing taijiquan and qigong, although I should practice more and game less.

      six-pack is coming in

      Sitting at around 77-78kg

      Also, new beard style

So today I jogged for about 40 minutes with short interval breaks. I'm getting faster and faster . I ate an eggplant with meat in it for breakfast, sandwiches with balony, some cheese and tomatoes for lunch, and a traditional bulgarian cuisine - mousaka(yum). I also drink green tea each day. I read it burns fat.

      Mmm, eggplant.

I don't know about green tea burning fat. I'm doubting it, but I really don't know anything very much about it. Of course, if you like green tea, then by all means...

So! Today is a day off my exercise schedule so I did nothing except for work .I ate some mousaka for breakfast, some for lunch plus 2 tomatoes and 2 meatballs and grapes for dessert and for dinner - pasta with cheese and an apple. That wraps it up for today.

I ate mousaka(yet again ) for breakfast with a tomato and some cheese, chicken and mushrooms for lunch, and for dinner balony,a tomato and cheese and some grapes. Drank only water and two cups of green tea throughout the day and now I'll be enjoying a glass of rum .

So I couldn't exercise today because I busted my ass at work and I had to be there for a couple extra hours but I'll jog tomorrow and do glute and ab exercises fully powered!!! I ate less than usual today - 3 sandwiches with ham and tomatoes for breakfast, what was left of the mousaka plus some chicken and a carrot for lunch and spinnach soup and grapes for dinner. I drank a cup of coffee + 100ml rum and a glass of beer for the whole day. BTW today work was totally an exercise .

So I forgot to log in yesterday but I jogged for like 30 minutes and did a ehole bunch of crunches and glute exercises as well.
Today I'll be jogging on this new route I've made up for about an hour with short breaks.Today I ate - a pack of solletti, a banana, 2 slices of full wheat bread, some crackers, some nuts, an apple, a serving of pork and cabbage and some grapes. I drank a cup of coffe and a cup of tea and some soda. I won't be able to log on later but I'm guessing I'll be having a beer in the evening or maybe a glass of rum.
TODAY is the greatest day of all!!!

Well, I'm officially, medically and scientifically a fatass I've been gaining weight pretty steadily for the last two years, taking me from 175 in summer of '07 to an all-time high of 220 today, pushing my BMI over 30 into obese-land.

I haven't really organized my thoughts in terms of exercise since I discovered/realized this fact on Monday, but I'm putting the brakes on my diet right now. The easy target is breakfast--where most days I was doing frittata and pastry, I've switched to oatmeal (+ fruit in both cases). I'm also cutting out certain snacks (fuck you, cheese!), flipping the frequency of falafel vs. pad thai for lunch, cutting out subs and the Italian deli altogether, and watching my portion size at dinner. I need to make more of my own food--my Achilles' heel is not so much craving as convenience

So hopefully I will put together a fitness plan and post properly in the near future--I just wanted to share my "WTF I am a fatty!" moment.

Unobesed! I'm just shy of 215 now, putting my BMI at 29.5: overweight

I've been eating considerably healthier this week and being marginally more active, mainly by spending more time out and about, including walking to the farther grocery store with more fresh produce.

      Next target: 2 bills
      Landing zone: 175-180

Hellz ya taosaur. Good luck dude

I just got back from the Y. Bought a membership so I'll be going consistantly and possibly twice a day now. Early in the morning for a swim, and then again around 4pm. Weighed in at 180 at the start of my work out, went for a 2km jog worked on chest and triceps, sauna showers, and was at 174 by the end. Prob gonna gain a bit back, ideally I want to stay in the 175-180 range.

Tai Chi tommrow morning then work...hopefully I'm not too pooched to go to the Y after.

Yesterday - glute + abs exercises + pilates. I ate an egg, 2 tomatoes, 2 servings of spinach soup, and some potato salad(yum). I drank a cup of coffee, a coca-cola can and a double rum. I've also changed my eating habits from the traditional breakfast lunch dinner to eating a little more often.
