      Dude, after a workout like that, you need to eat more than 15 pieces of veggie sushi. Otherwise your body is just gonna eat your muscle because it has no other source of protein to feed off of.

      I realized that the next morning CB, I felt REALLY hungry. My left knee also feels as if it's about to fall off. Walking on asphalt with sneakers for 3 hours wasn't the best idea.

      Cardio Routine: Jogg Peremeter trail and 1 hour of Cardio on Excercise bike/daily
      Weight Routine: 50 Sit ups and Push ups/daily
      Current Weight: 180 "sigh". (I gained like 40 pounds in the last few months)
      Why are you joining?: I can usually keep a routine going for a couple of weeks but then i have my lapses and something like this,where i'm accountable to someone else will help.

      Cheat Day (Optional): I'll take one of these during the school year.
      Physical Goals: Be able to do the splits and gain some upper body strength.
      Days you'll exercise: Every day during the summer. It might change once school starts though.
      Cardio Routine: 10 minutes on the treadmill to start. Or maybe half a mile, not sure yet. That, or DDR or bike riding.
      Weight Routine: Sit ups, push ups, and whatnot
      Stretching: Just adding my own category.
      Current weight: 152
      Why are you joining?
      Mostly for ice skating. I haven't gone skating all summer, and I've barely stretched at all. At this rate I'll die when the season starts again.
      I also wouldn't mind losing a bit of weight, but technically my current weight is healthy, at least according to the BMI charts. I figure that as long as I'm healthy/in shape, my weight will also be good.
      Not to mention my eating habits, which leave something to be wanted.

      Quick story explaining my small amount of cardio: Back in March I hurt my ankle. I thought it had finally healed after the ice skating season ended, but last week I went horseback riding and it started hurting again, so I that's why I'm not committing to much cardio. It's really. Really. REALLY. Annoying.

      Cardio workout(s) done today: Wasn't able to use the track today, unfortunately. I did, however, do a twenty minute workout on the gyms treadmills and spent two hours playing in a 7-on-7 tourney. It was a lot of running so...
      Weight workout(s) done today: Do to the afore-mentioned 7-on-7 I wasn't able to do any weight workouts. I'll make up for it tomorrow, though.
      Areas of body worked today: Heart, I suppose, as well as legs.
      Current weight:176
      Foods consumed today: Some eggs, Mac and cheese, watermelon, a roll, A burger and a hot dog, some chips
      Drinks consumed today: Glass of orange juice, 2 bottles of water, a small carton of chocolate milk, one serving of muscle milk.

      Another 100+ pushups today, then 50 or so tricep pushups and 50 or so tricep pushdowns.

      Ate a bowl of Rice Krispies, LARGE bowl of oatmeal with brown and milk, a fancy omelette (for lunch) and dinner was a large helping of pasta with organic tomato (w/roasted garlic).

      Then aikido class for two hours and a bit. Sweat up a storm.

      Woke up late and didn't go to the gym, but I'll run a bit and do 20 chin up/10 pull ups, 50 sit ups, 3 sets of 16 bicycles, and 50 push ups. I'll stretch before and after.
      Oh, I weigh in at 160 ~ I've gained a lot of muscle, I used to be 145 (under weight) before I started caring

      It was fucking spectacular. Also, it turned into a lax day because the sun wasn't out and I didn't feel like biking.

      The pushups have been a daily thing, too, going at sets of 4 or 5, around 40 'reps' each.

      WOOT! for all the success recorded!

      I just got home and I'm EXHAUSTED!! I walked a LOT and ate very little lol except for the wedding feast *blerg* Ugh... traditional Chinese with 15 courses. Thankfully, they were little courses though lol and spread over about 2 hours. Hubby and I walked about 18 blocks afterwards

      This upcoming week is going to be almost as brutal.

      I was going to create a new thread in this new forum, but I'm a good girl (for the most part lol) so I'll incorporate it into this post.

      Today has been a lazy day for me. I couldn't fall asleep until almost 10 this morning and I slept til almost 2 PM. I picked up McD's because hubby was still sleeping and couldn't give me my grocery money to buy "real food". But I go shopping tonight.

      So far, I've had about 5 Cool Ranch Doritos and a small fry. I'm about to have a grilled chicken club sandwhich

      I've been carrying around a pedometer which has been helping me to stay more active. I walk at least 4,000 steps a day and I'm trying to double that this week.
      Starting tomorrow, I begin moving the rest of my belongings to the Farm. I won't have internet for a while , but I'll definitely be keeping more busy what with rearranging, cleaning and daily hikes.

      Hopefully, hubby will find me a modem soon so I don't miss too much here!!!

      I hope to find all my Wii pieces when I move so I can get in on the Wii Fit action. Until then, I do have a DDR mat which I LOVE. My kids broke the last disk for the XBox which I loved (it included songs like "In the Navy" and a tango and techno song I LOVED). The new disk sucks. It's all ??? weird music that puts me to mind of animae (sp!) But a work out is a work out I reckon.

      I don't have a scale handy, but I've been doing exponentially more walking in the last week than I have all summer, so I'm kind of looking forward to returning home and seeing if/how much I lose. Luckily the meals here are pretty healthy, plenty of fruit.
