      Listen up, you will be impressed. Yesterday I biked 20 miles, then I played soccer for 1 hour and later in the night I walked for 3 hours! Man I had 15 pieces of Veggie sushi afterwards!

      Dude, after a workout like that, you need to eat more than 15 pieces of veggie sushi. Otherwise your body is just gonna eat your muscle because it has no other source of protein to feed off of.

      I realized that the next morning CB, I felt REALLY hungry. My left knee also feels as if it's about to fall off. Walking on asphalt with sneakers for 3 hours wasn't the best idea.

      Physical Goals: Lose potbelly
      Days you'll exercise: Monday - Friday
      Cardio Routine: Jogg Peremeter trail and 1 hour of Cardio on Excercise bike/daily
      Weight Routine: 50 Sit ups and Push ups/daily
      Current Weight: 180 "sigh". (I gained like 40 pounds in the last few months)
      Why are you joining?: I can usually keep a routine going for a couple of weeks but then i have my lapses and something like this,where i'm accountable to someone else will help.

      Cheat Day (Optional): I'll take one of these during the school year.
      Physical Goals: Be able to do the splits and gain some upper body strength.
      Days you'll exercise: Every day during the summer. It might change once school starts though.
      Cardio Routine: 10 minutes on the treadmill to start. Or maybe half a mile, not sure yet. That, or DDR or bike riding.
      Weight Routine: Sit ups, push ups, and whatnot
      Stretching: Just adding my own category.
      Current weight: 152
      Why are you joining?
      Mostly for ice skating. I haven't gone skating all summer, and I've barely stretched at all. At this rate I'll die when the season starts again.
      I also wouldn't mind losing a bit of weight, but technically my current weight is healthy, at least according to the BMI charts. I figure that as long as I'm healthy/in shape, my weight will also be good.
      Not to mention my eating habits, which leave something to be wanted.

      Quick story explaining my small amount of cardio: Back in March I hurt my ankle. I thought it had finally healed after the ice skating season ended, but last week I went horseback riding and it started hurting again, so I that's why I'm not committing to much cardio. It's really. Really. REALLY. Annoying.

      Cardio workout(s) done today: Wasn't able to use the track today, unfortunately. I did, however, do a twenty minute workout on the gyms treadmills and spent two hours playing in a 7-on-7 tourney. It was a lot of running so...
      Weight workout(s) done today: Do to the afore-mentioned 7-on-7 I wasn't able to do any weight workouts. I'll make up for it tomorrow, though.
      Areas of body worked today: Heart, I suppose, as well as legs.
      Current weight:176
      Foods consumed today: Some eggs, Mac and cheese, watermelon, a roll, A burger and a hot dog, some chips
      Drinks consumed today: Glass of orange juice, 2 bottles of water, a small carton of chocolate milk, one serving of muscle milk.
