      Despite this being my day off, I had loads of energy today, so I just couldn't sit still. My parents weren't home, so I was home alone, and bored.

      I've been bored today and have eaten more than I wanted... and now hubby wants us to go and do something which includes eating at the Sushi restaurant in Clarksburg *burp* I can ALWAYS make room for sushi. The closest place is almost an hour away so I don't get to go often.

That guy really gets on my nerves sometimes because when I go over to stay the night he's going to be moody about how he never sees me and how we don't ever do anything and how my TV shows are more important than doing things with him. I only needed little more than half an hour *grumble/grumble*

      Ugh... there was also no sleep for me last night. Hubby decided to go grocery shopping at 6AM and it's easier for me to not sleep than it is for me to get up early lol
      Then I had to drive 2 hours away to see my youngest son. I had never been there before and the address they gave me couln't be found in my GPS, so I was hopelessly lost and was 30 minutes late.
      I've been so tired today though that I really didn't get anything accomplished *sigh*

      Three mile run! Three mile run! I feel happy that I can do it in 27 minutes~

      Just popping in to say "hi." Also, any tips on how to get my push-up count higher? I have a fitness test coming up soon...

      Nice! I wish I could run three miles...

      I usually go by the, "Do 20 push-ups at a time, slow as you can do them," rather than the, "Pump out 100 as fast as possible," routine.

      I like AC/DC, Aerosmith, Epica, Lacuna Coil, and Battlelore for working out.

      Freaking bad directions. But, inadvertently, I did get a work out I guess riding the bike.

      Hrm. The test is to see how many I can do in a minute. Current is 33. Slower practice would help?

      It's Tuesday! Weekly report time.

      Name: A. Star
      Date of joining fitness club: 2/13/09
      Current weight: TBA (I am weighing in this week.)

      Fitness Report: I still am having a hard time motivating myself to exercise. This last week my mom had surgery so a good portion of my time was spent with her rather than outside. I could have taken a walk more often, but I didn't. Wednesday and Thursday went well, though. Perhaps I'll go for a walk today. Overall effort 4/10.

      Nutrition Report: I didn't do too bad this week, I think. I did eat more fruits and vegetables than the week before. My dad took me to Sheri's diner last night and I had Eggs Benedict and hashbrowns. I could have gone with something better, but I was hungry and wanted something hot and tasty. Overall effort: 6/10

      Overall, I'm feeling pretty good. I do need to get to sleep earlier, though. (Stupid new story idea...)

      Goal for this coming week: At least 20 minutes of concentrated effort 3 times this week, be it through walking, DDR, or some other activity.

      Mid-range goal: Lose another 10 pounds by the time I go up to Montana (3/28/09). I want to fit into a nice dress by the time I go.

      Long-term goal: Be under 200 pounds by the end of the year. Heck, yah!

      [soapbox] Seriously, if I'm able to do this, anyone can. When I'd try to change my eating habits, my motivation would last about 3-4 days before I'd find myself eating the same stuff I always was. Being a part of a group of people who are all trying to lose weight and in general desire to live healthier lives has made all the difference. Even if I'm not always on track, especially when it comes to exercising, every week I'm reminded of my desire to live better and that has helped me to at least think of what I'm doing when I eat and when I'm just sitting somewhere.

      I'm getting closer to my goal and I love it. If I can do it, so can you. Srsly.
