I jogged and walked on the treadmill for 60 min. straight though yesterday so I'm not TOO perplexed about missing this day (though it's still eating me up).       Fitness wise? Well ughh where to start
      Im 16 yo and about one and a half years ago i was a toothpick and i got teased for being small. I made friends with a sortof bodybuilder at school and decided i was gonna *attempt* to get big. So i started going to the gym at school 3 times a week and i gained 13 kilos in that time which i was pretty happy with
      My lifting gains have been pretty terrible so im trying a new lifting regime made by Madcow(ill link the site if you want). Im gonna post up some numbers each month and hopefully see a difference. This seems like a good place to write them down so i cant cheat myself -.-

      How long you been going to the gym for(years?)

      Sounds awesome man! I look forward to being kept abreast with your progress I joined the YMCA about a month ago actually. Before then I was of the mindset that one didn't need to go to the gym in order to stay in shape (which is true) however...as of late I've found that a gym is just...well...better! xD Up until my "epiphany" I was working out at home, jogging around buildings and pumping iron within my own four walls. How much mass are you wanting to gain?

      Yeah, know what you mean. It makes ya feel really good when youve just finished a productive gym session. Id like to be 190 by the end of the year (gain of 20) and put around 40 onto the major lifts.

      Foods consumed today: Sesame Chicken, butterfinger, cruch chocolate bar. (looks like Mos needs to give you a bit of a whiping )

      A lot of people say I'm at just the right weight, but my hubby prefers anorexic looking women, plus I have mild sleep apnea and Ehlers Danlos Disease Type 3 (vascular type possible) and my knees kill me if I weigh over 105 pounds.

      Wow...get on the ball girl! Lol. This is why the buddy system comes in handy, buddy's can keep you accountable for your mess ups and encourage you to do a whole lot better .

      Cardio workout(s) done today: Walked about a half-mile, got lazy and didn't walk my dog.
      Weight workout(s) done today: Pushups, crunches.
      Areas of body worked today: Abs, chest, arms, back.
      Current weight: Still 145lb far as I know. I'll break out the scale tomorrow if I can find it.

      Foods consumed today: Bowl of homemade potato soup, bowl of homemade 16 Bean soup, two slices of homemade bread, one pack of beef Ramen, two chocolate chip cookies, and a bit of popcorn.
      Drinks consumed today: Orange juice, sweet tea, not quite a can of Peach Sunkist with my popcorn.

      Oh, and shouldn't we put our height on the sign-up sheet as well? Just to give a better idea of body type. I'm going to add height to mine.
