Club Membership Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be 15 years of age or older
- You must commit to at least 4 days of exercise
- You must post your workout profile every day (sometime after your workout)
- You must commit to cardio
and weight routines (this is not to say you must curl 50 lb. weights every day...your fitness routine will be customized to YOUR current capabilities, but also allow room for growth and increase)
