So my school has zero hour yoga. I have to wake up 2 hours before I NORMALLY wake up and do yoga/pilate courses. I'd have to admit it is fun and all but I see no beneficial way it helps lucid dreaming. My sisters friend told me that meditation helps, such as yoga. I'm not sure if I should plug in my Zune and listen to subliminal binaural beats while performing in these classes, because it is soo early in the morning that it may be pointless. |
