Thread: Neti Pot?

What are your thoughts on using neti pots for nasal/sinus cleansing? I find that after a cold, my sinuses take a long time to drain out. Some say it's AMAZING, while others say it really increases your risk of infections. What do you fine folks think?

Just seeing that you never got a reply to this thread - It has helped me A LOT several times, although with those stories in the news about the people not using distilled water (which is so incredibly stupid) have gotten me paranoid, even if I make sure to "extreme-destill" my water before use, I no longer use it.
