Thread: Allergies

Anyone have them? It's not a cold, but it's really annoying. I keep sneezing like an idiot, and it's much worse in the morning when waking up. I live in Germany, so I take these "Lorano" tablets, but they don't seem to help that much.

Yeah, that's it. It doesn't make you feel exhausted like when you have a cold or a flu, but sneezing like crazy and blowing your nose again and again is just really annoying.

vitamin C, honey and medicine helps.

Try different anti-histamine tablets to see which is more effective for you. One brand actually makes my symptoms much worse, and this was noted on the possible side effects.

I too suffer of hay fever. Shitty allergie... But yeah, I once got pink eye becuase of it

Try to go to your drugstore and ask for Zyrtec. It works amazingly well. Don't know if they sell it in Germany, but it's right next to Belgium so the chances should be high =)
