Here's a possibly weird question. I CANNOT stand lights that flicker. They give me a headache and make me INCREDIBLY cranky. I also found some bulbs yesterday for my room when mine blew. They were only 60 watts, and like flickering lights, the 60 watts affected my mood greatly. It HAS to be 100 watt or higher. My question is why? Why do I have such a reaction to something so unimportant? Anyone else like this? Have any theories?

heh... I googled "sensitivity to dim lighting" and only came across melatonin and sleep reports. Then I researched "irritability caused by dim lighting" and I found something humourously interesting. In dogs...
