So I recently heard about this product, "E3 Live" (I won't put the link, you can google it). Some people were talking about how it really changed their lives and they feel really great, etc. My BS detector is going off, though. Is their "specially-cultivated only in this magic lake that used to have volcanic activity" algae really so good a superfood that it kicks the socks off of regular healthy foods like blueberries and walnuts?
Anyone have experience with it? It's also pretty expensive, cause you have to buy like 6 bottles at a time (they say it's cause it's frozen, and so that's the quantity that's safe to ship to guarantee quality, etc.)
