How do i stop overeating? I am overweight (not obese or anything I just kind of have a gut and moobs). I work out at the least 4 times a weak and I still don't lose wait. The only reason I can think of is that I overeat. I eat when I am Bored and when I just feel like eating. I rarely get hungry because I eat often. This is starting to be a problem and I really want to lose wait. Can someone give me advice? |
