Here we have two 16 year old girls living in the same body. Abigail and Brittany Hensel. They have 2 hearts, two brains, two arms and two legs, one for each. 3 lungs, one for each and one shared. The only living (and known) example of two people sharing a single body. Very interesting documentary.



There is also another video of when they are 22 years old, but I havenīt seen this one. Might watch it later one but I going to bed in a couple of minutes.

What I found most interesting is not how it can be possible or how it works. But I was interesting in the 'human' aspect of these girls. How they deal with this and how vulnurable they seem and how they try to 'survive' or make things work for them in this world. It is a good lesson in relationships and in sharing and being patient with one another. Their patience with each other and teamwork and ability to go through life without being endlessly annoyed by each other is to me really amazing and something to think about and learn from. Just think about it, they have to justify every action, agree on everything, talk about everything and share all secrets with each other. They are probably closer to each other than any pair of people in the entire world. They might know each other even better than they know themselves.
