      Well we can just go with your idea then. Make taxes purely optional, then display publicly the people who do not pay. If everyone in the community feels like they no longer want to do business with that person, they are free to.

      Absolutely fair. Just no baring other protection agencies from offering services to those who do not want to have governmental ones.
