Thread: Auditory Hallucinations (during non sleep)

I agree, when your mind is going through any type of anxiety or depression, its extremely hard to clear your mind, and let your thoughts be.
The thing is, is bad thoughts float around which is what we are trying to get rid of:/

exactly...i usually have issues falling asleep because so many thoughts are in my mind. it is like multiple people are in my head talking (in a non schizophrenic way) (as a figure of speech) even when I am talking with someone else, my thoughts are still everywhere
