Well, technically, a benevolent dictatorship would be ideal -- but with that whole pesky "human nature" thing, it's highly unlikely if impossibe to have one of those...

No one can say what an ideal dictator is since opinion varies. You can say one that values all needs, but can you define every need for every individual?

Exactly, everyone has different needs, and thinks differently.
You could have an 'ideal' dictator, but all it needs is one charismatic person to disagree, get others on their side, and you've had it...

In my part of the world I am hoping for Evolution to come before we start considering Revolution against our own idiocy. Progress through personal revolution. Disregarding Revolution that attempts to perceive itself beyond hypothesis . A Revolution without individual understanding. A mass exodus from individuality into collectiveness. We must go beyond ourselves and our own community to understand Revolution.

Actually you only need a small percentage and that small percentage (varies but is usually about twenty percent) will force the rest of the population. But that would be a big portion of the world though.

i agree, i don't think any person is totally impartial...we are all human after all, unless someone is planning to have us all ruled by robots?
