I might just have stupid expectations hehe. Max graphics, 60fps - do want. What graphics card you got?

I aim for max graphics as well.. but honestly i can hardly tell when it's 60 FPS, lol. I only notice a slowdown at around 15-20FPS xD Anything above that is good for me.
But i can play most new games on high with antialiasing off... that's good for me

Damn, wish 30fps was good enough for me, but I can see it. Gives me a headache at that level. Yeah, forget antialiasing... unless you're a true graphic geek.

In my town, until 1 year ago, we used to have tournaments for King of Fighters. Was pretty cool... 'cept I was shit. Good watching though.

Really? Wow, wish more people played it where im from. I only played my cousin, but even he tends to shy away from that game. Im thinking about grabbing the KOF 13 on the PS3 from the looks of it, it looks like its pretty cool from videos that i've seen. Do you play any of the other Snk fighting games?

Hmmm anyway... I also got back into playing Jetpack Joyride on my iPhone these days When it was released i played it every day for 2 weeks in a row... it was so fun... It's like the best endless runner i ever played

I got back into it again now, it was updated with gadgets (like perks) last time, which enchances the fun

Just finished Journey, and I can honestly say it is the best game I have ever played.

Even though it only lasts like an hour, it is the most refreshing and incredible experience I have ever had in a video game.

      PLAY IT. PLAY IT NOW.

I think that will never happen (sadly), because Journey ist part of a Sony-contract, so the chance that it'll make to the PC are very small.

Lately it's been Final Fantasy VI, because apparently it's good and exams call for something I haven't played before to be played!

Can anyone recommend me some good indie games from 2011/2012? I played Limbo and WARP... maybe others as well, but can't really remember now... I would just like to play some kind of indie game that doesn't really require to put hours into at a time... since my exams are coming up next week..

      Fallout: New Vegas.

It's glitchy and feels slightly lacking in some places but anything with the same gameplay as Fallout 3 is guaranteed to be good. Plus I love the landscape in the desert states of the US (Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico etc) so the game map is quite satisfying.

Personally I was quite disappointed with New Vegas and I loved Fallout 3 soooo much. New Vegas just felt empty to me, best thing it brought was the weapon mods.

Currently waiting for Dragons Dogma to come out next week. Anyone played the demo of it? Really fun.

Wicked, I'm not the only one who prefers Fallout 3.
I know a lot of the many bugs from New Vegas are gone by now, but there's still just something...
The gameplay in New Vegas is improved, but the overall style, feel, story and space is just not the same. I feel that the New Vegas map is littered with uninteresting map markers with literally nothing worth finding, making exploration feel like a chore. ("I know this shed has fuck all in it, but just in case...")
And maybe it's just me, but I thought the story was weird and confusing at times. When I stepped inside the Strip for the first time, I could suddenly ask people about a whole slew of things I had never heard of before. In fact I actually think the main quest just went to hell as soon as I got into the big city. The game was quite enjoyable up until I got there.

I think, a Fallout 4 announcement would be the only one capable of getting me really, really hyped.

And I'm currently playing... Diablo III, of course~
Never played a Diablo game before, had no clue what I was getting into. It's addicting. And it's getting hard by now, just finishing up Act III Normal difficulty as a Witch Doctor.

Fallout 3's map was so much richer than New Vegas, I never felt like it was tedious to walk from a to b, no matter how far it was. Vegas is littered with flat open areas (especially surrounding the strip), completely devoid of anything to find or do and that got old fast. Plus half the map for New Vegas was restricted for DLC. At least Fallout 3 added new areas for DLC and the DLC was worth playing. From what I hear the NV DLC is awful.

The story is a little confusing, I wasn't really sure who I was fighting for and why after a while. I defintely agree, something about it just didn't flow.

I've never played a Diablo game either, I was considering it once I get my new PC.

Indeed, I definitely feel that way about the Fallout 3 map, except for the metro tunnels, those were tedious.
About DLC though, I hated every one of them haha. I think all of them, save maybe for Point Lookout, completely obliterated the feeling of the game.
Of New Vegas DLCs I've only played Dead Money. Oddly enough, I found that one to be extremely enjoyable.

I can recommend Diablo for sure~ Completed the game on Normal difficulty yesterday, now starting over as a Demon Hunter... I'm not really sure which class I want to start playing Nightmare with...

I've been replaying Journey again and again and again. It only takes about 1.5 hours to complete. I have the white robe now for collecting all the symbols, and it's really fun guiding newbies through the entire game.

I have never played anything like it. <3

I've recently started playing Left 4 Dead 2 again. Any regular on DV, free to add Dianeva to Steam if you're so inclined.

I've recently started playing Left 4 Dead 2 again. Any regular on DV, free to add Dianeva to Steam if you're so inclined.
Aww, and I gave my steam account away. Used to play that tons.

Been playing a lot of team fortress 2 lately. Since it became free to play I have been able to get enough of my friends into it to start a steam group for it. Also I played Journey last week and it was really enjoyable and relaxing. To bad its so short though.
