Hey guys. I'm more of an old school gamer so I like older style games. So now I would like to experiemnt with older pc games. Here is my laptops specs.
Intel Core Duo(1.60Ghz)
1G of Ram
Intel(R) Graphics 128mb
So ya I have a pretty bad system so bare with me. Already have games like System shock 2, unreal anthology, renagade, and Red Faction.
So what games do you guys recommend. I am in the mood for some good fps and mabye some racing, and anything else that is good.

although I would reccomend downloading the source port ZDoom, found at www.zdoom.org. It's much better than the original doom.exe. It allows a lot higher detail, but you can also tune it down a little to be easier on your computer. You will still need doom.wad or doom2.wad.
The cool thing about this is trhat you can download and run some pretty cool mods too.

You MUST GET Serious Sam both 1st and 2nd encounters. I've been playing Them all weekend. It's an experience that I've never found in today's modern shooters. They were highly praised back in the day.
Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun is also a fun one. The unit designs and unique functions are what make that game a real gem.
Yeah, if your computer is able to handle it, Warcraft 3 is a GREAT game. Battle.net is extremely fun.
Did I mention Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction? seriously... this has been my favorite game for about ten years.

They are two good RTSs that are rarely talked about, but were able to run on my old computer, which was a piece of shit w/ME. They're sorta old, so you might have to look on eBay or Amazon. If you like Age of Empires, those two might be good to look into.
