The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising
Boring.
I almost didn't finish it, but i had nothing better to do.
Thin Red Line
I turned it off 20 minutes in because I was dying of boredom.
2012. The GF and I thought it should win Comedy of the Year. We were laughing and making fun of it the whole way through
Me- "Rolling Stone says, 'It's laugh out loud funny!'"
GF- lol
Me- "The New York Post says, 'The only disaster was spilling my popcorn from laughing so hard!'"
GF- ROFL
My GF said a funny one, but can't remember it... yah, we're a riot, lol :D
Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid.
Bob Dylan is aright. Entire film is endlessly laid-back and reflective in a morose pensive kinda way.
Is nice.
2012...again. - I fell asleep....again. Actually almost made it to the end of the movie, this time, but I passed out. I just watched it online this time, but still couldn't get through it. I kind of liken it to Peter Jackson's King Kong; such a great premise, such great visuals, mediocre acting, and cheese cheese cheese! There are just too many "narrow" escapes; too much flat humor.
Overall impression after watching most of it twice: ...Meh. Nice thrills, but not too much more.
2012-
Incredibly funny. It was so ridiculous it was funny lol. But god damn, almost 3hrs it was endlesss.
2012...which was funny as hell! Crap...the first bit was somewhat decent, with the action and special effects and all that, but the second half blew chunks. It got boring and tedious, and waaay too sappy for an action movie. Plus, the main character dude wasn't exactly good looking. :P
Yeah, first bit was pretty okay, though incredibly unrealistic (when that guy drove his car through the skyscraper, I thought I would die laughing, true story). Yellowstone blowing up was a nice touch, I will admit.
Overall, I give it a 3.5/10
Ninja Assassin. One word, Gore. But to much talking imo, more fighting less talking.
Stargate - It's glorious, the end.
The Road. Pretty good I thought, but wouldn't pay to watch it again in the theaters I don't think
7/10 I'd say
Gamer - It was entertaining...that's about it.
Crank 2 - Even more absurd than the first one. Lol. Passed out, about halfway through, though.
Black Sheep
No, not that black sheep with Chris Farley. This one is about genetically altered man eating sheep. And when they bite you, you turn into a weresheep type thing (Good transformations). It was the best bad movie I've ever seen. The gore is intense as them sheep really like stretching out people's intestines.
And the ending was... something else.
If you're in the mood for some not so serious entertainment, it's a great bad movie.
Just watched Shrek the third.
The Shrek movies have their own brand of humor, imo.
Great movies.
Bruno.
It was great, better than Borat.
Ink
Very unique and artistic movie. Has to do with dreaming so i'm sure a lot of you will like it.
Gamer
Solid B-movie. Interesting to see it come out in the same season as Surrogates--gives you an idea of something the culture is pondering just now.
Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby
did laff
The shining. T'was awesome
Up.
omg.
Just saw Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. It may be a kids movie, but it was funny damn it.
Also saw Terminator: Salvation, great movie.
