King Kong (2005)
One of the most unrealistic movies ever made, but fun to watch.
Mmmm...Dodgeball was on last night. Predictable throughout, but in a light kinda fun way.
King Kong was incredible, in terms of visual epicness.
1960 or 2002 film?
2002
I don't think I've ever seen the original.
The other night I was in the mood for a B movie and found 100 Million B.C.
It reminded me of our college Fry-Your-Brain-A-Thons, a 24-hour bad movie marathon we did every MLK weekend.
If you're a fan of entertainingly awful movies, I think this one will satisfy :D
Sweeny Todd. I love that movie.
Revolver - Guy Ritchie is one of my favorite directors, but I must say, this is my least favorite of his films. Still good, but not top notch.
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story - Funckin Hell this was hilarious.
Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street it was good, was kinda hard for me to understand what they were singing though...
You're tellin' me you predicted Patches O'Houlahan's death?! Pfft. :P
G.I. Jane
So many guys have a problem with the "there's no way a girl could do this" factor of the movie, but I think it's a fuckin awesome flick. Both Demi Moore and Viggo Mortensen were amazing.
Why is it a unique name for a film? Didn't understand what you meant at all.
Therefore, explain yourself.
Did I mention I watched Enchanted? Far too superficial Disney morality for me. Failed to perfect the juxtaposition of the bitter reality and the facade that is the cartoon world. Or something.
My sisters enjoyed it, though. Which is nice. They don't like to have to think much about what they watch.
Oh right sorry I was being sarcastic, I meant it's not an obvious title for a film. If you think of GI Joe and all that (or is that a game?).
I watched 30 days of night!
Watched Welcome to Collinwood last night--it was pretty deep for a caper flick, and I got some good laughs out of it.
"I will shit in you."
Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem
Pretty damn hardcore. Better than I thought it would be.
It follows the first AVP, which draws from the canon of the Alien and Predator series.
I would suggest watching them first.
Ok then. :)
Chaos - Pretty good Ryan Phillipe/Jason Statham flick. The ending more than made up for the sometimes slow plot.
