I was pleasantly surprised by that movie. I found the machines were well portrayed in a machine-sque way. That scene in the desert with the big robot that pops out next to the trailers was killer.

Legion. If you like any other movie with Dennis Quaid, you might like this one, but overall it was pretty pathetic biblical horror with a hefty 28 Days Later influence. Not utterly worthless, but for genre fans only.

Fight Club. Gosh, do I love this movie. <3
I've to say it's the best movie I've seen (yet again) in a long time. I'm Jill's bliss. :'d

Playing catch-up these past few days: Shutter Island, Prince of Persia, and Hot Tub Time Machine. All of them entertained me, and of all of them I would say HTTM was best constructed and most progressive within the medium, as well as good for some laughs. Most negative reviews I've read came from people who watched it with wives or girlfriends, or said wives or girlfriends.

      Funny People...?

All I can say is that there were aspects of it I liked, I genuinely laughed at times, and like a building theme for me lately...it was different than I'd expected.

Maybe I write films off too hastily, and at times unjustly.

      The Other Guys

I love Mark Wahlberg. Will Ferrell is hit or miss for me but the combination of those two and the absolutely dead-on perfect casting and performances for everything else made for a fantastic movie. It's not a "makes you think" kinda movie, but it's a very well constructed comedy with a message that isn't corny or obvious.

      I actually like the third.

I thought the fourth was horrible... really dull and pointless. Plus the gratuitous change of actors. I can't stand Christian Bale, he doesn't seem to have any human emotions.

Watched House: Season 3 episodes last night. Doesn't really count as a movie, but whatever.

I know what you mean. The first time I watched it I had that same reaction and kind of didn't like it. Watched it a second time and it was alot funnier for some reason.

I watched Repo Men, was pretty lame, especially the ending.

Repo men. If I could, I'd send actual repo men and take all the filming equipment from that studio.

And I'm currently watching Monsters vs Aliens, I love this movie

After.Life. The ambiguous ending is driving me crazy just like Inception did, but this one drags toward the middle of the movie.

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

Fight Club watched 2 days ago one of the best films I've seen. I do have to say though I was totally confused during the middle of the movie. I still don't know Edward Norton's character name before he found out it was Tyler Durden. After the film I felt like fighting someone for no reason what's so ever. That laugh by brad pitt was really psycho........made the movie all the worth watching. Rate: 10/10

Best... movie... ever! As for Norton's character, you never actually know his name. He's just referred to as the narrator, and it's the same for the novel.

Anyways, I just finished the Prestige, and meh. It was okay.

Yeah I know thats what really got me confused. I asked someone on the internet and they said his name was Robert Paulson? But that couldn't be true cause thats what "Bobs" real name was. I hadn't known it was a novel. This and American History X Norton destroys...........both Characters were Polar opposites and he does great in both.

Just watched and Old movie again. Basketball Dairies with Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Walberg before the were superstars.......another one of the best movies i've seen. Rate 10/10 if you have time watch this movie it amazing.

0_o The Prestige is great: maybe not top ten, but top twenty, easy.

I started watching Romero's Survival of the Dead and just shut it off an hour into it. I don't know how you find that many bad actors, write a script that terrible, and half-ass every scene that badly. Just finished Predators, and that was more like it--best film in the franchise, easily.

The bank job. It was okay, but it took waay to long to see Jason Statham head-butt someone.
