Anyone play this game? if so what class, level, and how far are you in?

I've heard it's sweet. Two friends of mine play.

They say its like Oblivion, but there's no magic.

But on the flip side, you have an army of men at your command as well.

And it has very nice graphics, and is free-to-play until you hit Level 7 (and by then, you'll be convinced that it's worth a small, one-time fee to be able to level past 7).

You can buy it off steam for 4.99 while it remains 85% off, but that thread shows you can possibly get into a lineup for a closed beta multiplayer of this game called warband. I'm going to install this game on my steam again.

Yes I have played this game.System requirements for this game is

# PC with 512 MB of RAM
# Graphics card with at least 64 MB memory
# Windows 98/2000/ME/XP/Vista
# 700 MB of hard disk space

Used to play it years ago.

When it was shitty textures and mucho reduced gameplay. Started at the 0.750 update or somesort.

I liked it lots. No magic. Just gritty mounting and blading. There was a fun American War of Independence mod I used to roll about in more often than not. Ah, to be a redcoat and bring bloody hellfire and lead about the heads of those rebellious Yankee rascals.

It was to be alive.
