Resident Evil/Biohazard:Degeneration is now out!!!

I'm surprised nobody's made a topic for this movie yet! This is the only Resident Evil movie production so far that fans of the game can actually recognize as within the same universe as the game series. If you played the game(s) and you've never heard of this movie, it's just been released last week, and it was developed in CG rather than live-action (thus, the sub-par trilogy starring Milla Jovovich) and the action is well-done in this movie, too. Everything takes place some time after the events of Resident Evil 4, featuring Leon Kennedy (for some reason, he's dark as hell; nothing like the lighter-hearted version from RE4, but still koo) and Claire Redfield as the main characters. Standard zombie movie formula (not gonna give too much away) - suspicious company is behind the new virus threat, zombies appear, many many bullets are shot, etc. ~ and on top of that, the drama is well-polished for Capcom's first full-length game-to-movie event. It's basically a 90 minute long cinematic, very gratifying if you're much of a gamer. Check it out, it's available for downloads via torrents everywhere!

it's new, so most people haven't heard of it yet. no, it's actually pretty good, I finished it last night. I take it you don't play the RE games, dylanshmai.

heck yeah, I liked RE 1-3, but 4 just blew me out of the water with it's revamped game engine. I'm actually playing the Wii version again for like the 3rd time right now, lol. RE5 is going to cause me to take a week off work for vacation time anyways, the new RE movie got me excited cuz it's been a long time since a game-to-movie presentation was made (emphasizing the fact it was done in CG ~ the only way it CAN be truly done) since FFVII:Advent Children. Leon's pretty badass in his action scenes, you'll know what I mean if you check it out.
