I just can't remember the name or who it stars -- it's about this big-time arm salesman who sells a crapload of guns. At the very end of the movie, he's caught by some official and tells the dude that in a couple seconds there'll be a knock at the door, the guy will tell him (basically) to let him go, he gets into a black car...
