Everyone download Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst right now. You don't have a choice. You need to download the first three files on this page: http://www.schtserv.com/download.php (Setup, Japanese item patch, offline mode patch)

Here're the instructions:
0. Register at:
http://www.schtserv.com/register.php

1. Run Setup.exe and install to default directory:
C:\Program Files\SEGA

2. Start Phantasy Star Online, and choose in the menu to patch. (Gameguard needs to patch as well)

3. *From the start menu, select "Run".
* In the text box, enter the following:

notepad.exe c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

* In the Notepad document which opens, add the following two lines at the bottom of the file:

207.210.93.28 game01.us.segaonline.jp
207.210.93.28 patch01.us.segaonline.jp

* Save and close the file.

4. Copy the contents of "Japanese item patch" into your Phantasy Star Online:Blue Burst directory. "yes to all" if it asks you about overwriting.

5. Run the Episode IV Offline Mode Patch, and install to:
C:\Program Files\SEGA\PHANTASY STAR ONLINE Blue Burst\data\

6. You should be ready to run Blue Burst on Schthack's server. If you get any errors or other bugs, refer to the FAQ on the official Blue Burst support site. http://www.psobb.com/support/ts/index.php
