Nothing is better than power rangers. nothing. especially Mighty Morphin Power Rangers aka the original. aka the very essence of the core of perfection aka the key to immortality (that is if the key to immortality was in fact Perfection) And they have extremely well developed characters...like Lord Zedd, and the Red ranger, Quantrons, Tyrannodrones, dont forget Baboo..and Hexuba and Evil White Ranger Clone and Two-Headed Parrot and Wolfgang Amadeus Griller and White Terrorsaurus II and OCTOPHANTOM and the Pink Ranger Kimberely...and Goldar and Goldgoyle and Zords and etc! anyways the list is literally endless. why has the show not won more grammys, oscars and goldenglobes? Power Rangers even taught me to fight and battle, when I was 4! and they even had animal/dinosaur trucks that could In Fact connect and become one large robot, they called these exceptionally devised additions to an already fine plot, Zords. Zords were prehistoric, mythical, and ninja animals. They were created by Ninjor, a wise warrior who also created the Power Coins and the Battle Borgs. Yah they keep it real..almost too real. first they had Dinozords and then Dragonzords and then Thunderzords, Ninjazords and then Shogunzords...each zord more mathematically geniusly created. Also the power rangers theme songs were "bitchin" and...im pretty sure were written by The Beatles + Bob Dylan. Here they are writing the Power Rangers Zeo Theme. Also i think Rita Repulsa was played by Madonna...maybe. Power rangers also come in an array of different colours, and inspired the creation of what we now call a "rainbow" and it was awsome how the black ranger was african and the yellow ranger chinese! anyways it was a good show...anyone else like it?

Hahahahahahahahahaha. Holy shit, Shark. The absolute hilariousness of that opening post actually warrants a serious reply of what I think of the Power Rangers. So, yeah. Power Rangers. Big fan of Voltron, as a kid, so there was a bit of nostalgia that brought me into a mild appreciation of the Power Rangers. Take away the silly costumes, the cliche villians, the completely forgettable Saved by the Bell atmosphere of their normal lives and the unbelievable Cheese Factor and what it really all about? Of course...the Martial Arts. I have to admit, there was a lot of ass-kicking going on in that show. I liked how they each had their own style and whatnot. Everything about the "Zords" was laughable, but it was the kinda laugh you didn't mind having every once in a while, watching these "megazords" (aka people in cardboard robot costumes) fall all over cardboard cities like a low(er)-budget Godzilla movie. Haha. But anyway, yeah the pink Ranger. A strange coincidence is that I had a little thing going with a chick in my middle school, named Kimberly, that looked just like the Pink Ranger Kimberly (but younger) around the same time that she was on the show. Lol. And yeah, as childish as it may be, I actually enjoyed the first movie, where they first turned into Ninjas. Never saw much of the show after that, though.

Well, The Might Morphin' Power Rangers are far from the "original" power rangers. Do a search on sentai, you'll find that the real Power Rangers (the original Japanese version of the series) have had far more seasons, began far longer ago and all together - the original sentai is far better and more serious than the Americanised versions.

I love watching Power Rangers. I've always liked campy movies and TV, like the old Godzilla movies and the old Batman TV show -- I like it when entertainment doesn't take itself too seriously. Of course, I don't consider it high-quality entertainment, but it's fun. The past few incarnation have been, I think, particularly fun: Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, S.P.D. (so-so), and especially Mystic Force. They seem to be deviating more and more from the "everyplot" these days (though that's still a big part of it), which makes it that much more interesting.

Yeah the Power Rangers were fun, although I only ever watched the first series (when I was young enough). The episodes were 'systematic' to say the least, though. Minor adolsecence related problem, go to power ranger HQ, fight monster normal size, fight monster as a zord, then reflect and resolve High School drama.

I also first got in to power rangers because I was a huge voltron fan. (though I was only 5 when the first power rangers came out in the US so it might be better to say I was a fan of them at the same time) Man those were the days, the only thing that made me mad when I was little was that they turned the green ranger white! The green outfit was a million times cooler. lol, anyways, nice reminicing.

ah, Power Rangers I loved the show when I was kid. I always thought I was alone but only recently I've discovered that everyone at one point in their lives watched Power Rangers. Go Go Power Rangers! Mighty Morphin all the way....
