      I was considering rezzing this too

      Heh... it's still not working. I'm getting overly frustrated though.

      It won't even connect to damn patch serer, meaning i don't see anything but a crashing tooltip.



      I'm working on it, though i can't seem to even access the customer service codemasters rf forum anymore... though the main site loads fine.

      I'm still thinking it's my net...
      Though i reinstalled drivers and repaired the install.

      I still have the main setup .exe so i'd only have to wait a few hours for the patch if i decide to reinstall it fully.

      Damn it though... it worked in the morning before maintenence, then i got home and it was apparently finished... but no connection

      *goes back to being frustrated*

      I've done many things now.

      Defragged.
      Repaired, then reinstalled Rising Force.
      Updated drivers.
      Reinstalled all related software.
      Contacted ISP to no avail.
      Uninstalled Opera.
      Cleared all downloaded files, caches, and history.
      Reinstalled Opera.
      Tried accessing from another house computer: Failed.
      Emailed cogsupport. "We will respond within 24 hours". It's been nearly 36.
      Uninstalled all games except RF.
      Uninstalled Steam, and Xfire.
      Reinstalled Xfire.
      TO NO AVAIL.

      Soon: Kill my computer.
      Later: Kill myself.

      It's all coming along quite well, as you can imagine.
