      Saw IV

Just got through watching this and I have to say I completely did not see that end coming. Just when you think you have things figured out in this series it seems you are fed false facts which seem completely true at the time. If you have kept up with the series I am sure you will enjoy this one.

      You will be.

I hadn't seen 1 through 3, but I went to see IV with a mate who had, and he admitted it was poor.

      It was poor.

I gotta say I think the other saw's were much better...my opinion is partly influenced to the crappy quality of the movie I watched online. But hey I got what I paid for.

Yeah the other ones were better I still think 1 was the best. I'm just saying I didn't see a lot of what happened in this installment coming. Besides when you are watching it for free you can't really complain hahaha.

Saw 4...I've seen the first 3 but I'm glad to hear it's worth it. Off I go one of these days...I hope just as gruesome...it did appear that way on the previews...

Yeah, I watched it today. I guess it was good, but I was hoping it would be better.

After watching 30 days of night. Which I thought was a very intense movie. Saw just didn't do it for me. Saw should have came out first.

I have to say, I despised "30 days of night"...it really didn't have any elemnt of fear...in a post somewhere else in the entertainment forum I explained why...it really had to do with them showing the creatures we were supposed to be fearing. Anything is better than that..

Oh I loved it! Thought it was the first scary vampire movie ever made.
I've seen so many horror movies I almost never get freaked out. but that one did the trick. After that I thought saw was just kind of blah.

Do more people die in this than usual? I want more people dying... And more blood and torture. If it has more of this, then it's better by my standards.

Does it seem like there will be a Saw V??? I heard they're supposed to go to 6 or something.

Probably shouldn't say to much about it. But it did seem like they would make another one.

Yeah it seems like they could make one more have a Saw V, and this is from what I saw in the movie looks like they could keep this series going for a while.

As for people dying a lot of people pretty much kick the bucket in this movie.

I am so with you Michael...more creative death and torture traps and less god damn tape recorders...They've got to let up on the flashbacks a little and get some fresh ideas...I so love the SAW series. I hear there is going to be a fifth one day though I just don't know how they plan to do it...

Well I mostly want to see it because of the twist. If I will be surprised by it and wouldn't see it coming, I'd consider that movie good. I'm not that interested in traps and that kind of stuff.

The twist is good, yes. A bit dodgily explained though.

Xgirl, you have a point...but the traps are what makes it SAW ..indeed, a surprising ending is just as important though (nearly) as all the horrific death traps...

Well I finally saw it and I really liked it. It was much better than the third one which was a huge disappointment to me. The beginning was a little disgusting as I had just eaten, haha. Anyway the traps were good and the twist was awesome!!!

Yay!!! Now I'm getting my hopes up. I still haven't gone to see it yet. Have you seen any of the behind the scenes specials from the series...the way they do some of the traps amazed me, it really does take alot of innovation. Anyway, I'm glad it was better than the 3rd as I thought that ending was rather bad and open ended.

Most english/british people don't like those types of movies though.

      You like your "classy" movies.
