Thread: Hendrix vs. Page... Who wins?

personally I think carlos santana, stevie ray vaughn, eric clapton, and eddie van halen are better guitarists than jimmy, just to name a few. maybe david gilmore too...

Holy ****! I met (Kind of) some one else who likes and appreciates Carlos Santana!

Anyway, lol, that is a very hard question. I guess Paige is better technically, but Hendrix has more soul, feeling emotion, and was constantly improving. Who knows how good he would have been if he had lived a few more years.

Shit I forgot to mention the doors... I think it was the light my fire solo that blew me off the face of the earth. I wasn't all the way there to begin with though. he may not be one of the best guitarists but that solo has been awesome awesome to me ever since that day.

I still think Hendrix is the best. Even though any teenager with a guitar can play most of his songs, he had a huge impact.

I need to stop listening to so much rap.

Ah... Most people who like classic rock or just rock hate rap and vice-versa. But you know, back then rock was looked upon how rap is today. Whatever. I say listen to it if you want.

I know. I'm one of the few who like both haha. I also like a lot of other types of music though. Basically everything besides country, screaming stuff, and opera. Lol.

I meant I need to stop listening to so much rap because I miss rock. I don't listen to it enough anymore.
