- Lots of songs from the Final Fantasy series (favourite has to be the entire ending sequence from FF6, this, followed by this - this is the actual ending, so careful if you don't want it spoiled) |

Ya know Infraredkelp, as soon as you mentioned F-Zero music it reminded me of how i sold F-Zero GX for gamecube, so i went and ordered it off ebay because it was such an awesome game with awesome music! |
|
F-Zero GX for Gamecube does have some amazing soundtracks. Mute City is a good one, infact they all are! |

Hearts of Iron 2 music. Absolutely great. Especially Japan Overture. Most of the stuff was made by Andreas Waldetoft |
|
I personally think that Final Fantasy as a series has some great tracks, i'm guilty of owning the Final Fantasy 7-12 official soundtracks on CD as well as other game soundtracks on cd, i just like them that much! |
|
A few of the FFIX songs stick out in my mind. |

When I dream, theres always a
little girl playing in the dirt, that
turns to me and says "Why are
you here? .... Are you blind like
me?"
What I've found
What I've known
Never shined to me what I've shown
Never be
Never free
I wish to see what might have been...
...So I talk to you unbeliever.

I loved the music in the original Command and Conquer, especially Act on Instinct and Airstrike (from the GDI end credits). That said, i loved everything about that game |
|
You guys should google "8-bit music" or "nintendocore". They both use old nintendo 8-bit sounds for their music. Some are like techno or replaced with keyboards in rock. |
|
Check out the band called The "Minibosses". |
