The best show ever.
Sam, Dean and Cas... I worship this show. Really.
That showdown between Sam and Famine was amazing. I was just staring at the screen, wide-eyed and slack-jawed.
I love this fucking show.
this show only really got good when they wrote the angels into the script.
I've basically just watched the entire show online to get caught up. It just keeps getting better!
I haven't seen this thread. :P I've been watching the show since mid-season 3, and suddenly the heavy Christian mythology shows up. It's like American Gods and Good Omens were thrown into a blender and made into a TV show. A wonderful, bloody, epic TV show. I love it.
The season 5 finale is coming up next week.

Great episode last night!!
Spoiler for Next week:
Death is definitely my favorite Horseman. So calm, charismatic and uncharacteristic of "Death." I loved his speech about how old he was, and how he said that Dean's quips - to him - were like "inviting a bacterium to your dinner table, which then decided to get snarky with you". Lol.
And - though I found it a bit cliche - I loved his entrance. Very, very pimp.
I've changed my mind about this show, I still maintain the the earlier episodes sucked, but these newer ones are interesting. I feel like the jokes in this show are extremely cheesy and out of place most of the time.
Yeah, that's kind of a running theme with the show, but I believe it's intentional. A lot of the humor is tongue-in-cheek, and the show is sometimes a parody of itself. I kind of like that. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and a lot of the jokes are just awkward. Dean seems to do it the most, and whenever he tells a bad joke, he always gets that look on his face like "....ok Fine. Don't laugh. :?" Lol.
Haha I forgot about the Ghostfacers! They're funny too, but I actually had to pause the LARPing episode so I could laugh for a bit! It's great how they've managed to satirize their own fanbase within the bounds of the plot. :D
Wait is that it over?? I assume another series is on the way! I'm looking forward to finding out how the hell Sam got out of... wherever that hole led. :P And what was that all about with Chuck disappearing when he finished the last story?
There's going to be a season six. And Chuck was probably God - the creator for the show promised we'd see God by the end of the season. Assuming he wasn't lying, anyway.
A new season, sweet! I considered that Chuck could've been God, what with all that "God is on Earth somewhere" stuff. Although thinking back to the first few episodes he was in, it doesn't really add up... unless he was God's vessel in the final episode.
I was kind of hoping they'd go the whole "there really is no god" route. Since he's (apparently) in the picture, they're going to have to address the problem of evil (or at least they better). I really hope they don't use the "because free will" hand wave. That'd be p disappointing.
well I dont know about you but I felt extremely let down by that season finale.. really disappointing. I was expecting a big showdown between lucifer and michael, some chaos and destruction a shockwave blowing up a city or something but no, nothing, nada, nilch. *sigh*
Well since my thread got locked. I'll post here then. Did anyone see the Season 6 Premier it was awesome. Just wanted to give a shout out and say Supernatural is "All Natural".
Yeah I watched it, it was good but I was expecting more. Also I'm kinda annoyed that they didn't show more of Sam's car. They've always made a big deal of Dean's car so why not showcase Sam's a bit? it does look pretty sweet from the whole 2 seconds i saw of it. It also made me wonder where they get money from if all they do is hunt all the time?
