Any one else heard of Preacher? I just finished reading the series and I must say it kicks some major ass!

Basically it is about a preacher, Jesse Custer, who gets "possessed" by Genesis, the child of an angel and demon, giving him the ability to speak the word of God. His self-appointed mission is to find God, who has gone missing since the birth of Genesis, and hold him responsible for what he's done to mankind. Along with his hitwoman girlfriend and vampire best friend, he travels on his quest, overcoming all in his way (including the Grail: a secret organization planning Armageddon, the badass Saint of Killers: a guy who was kicked out of hell by the Devil himself, and many others). Its part Western, part horror, part Christan myth, part love story, all awesomeness! Its dark, funny, violent, and totally fricken sweet. Check it out even if you aren't interested in comics; the animation and dialogue are fantastic. Bollicks!
