Has anyone gotten the new Star Wars Battlefront and is it any good?

It's good except that after playing it for an hour its gets kinda boring because its so repetitive. The graphics, sound and gameplay are awesome really top notch but there's not much content and it feels very limited. The gameplay is quite monotonous there's only so much pew pew you can do before you get sick of it.

Isn't there any point system or something that you can get better at? You know, for the replay value?

I have the older one and I play it when I feel like just running around like a madman and shoot ded everything that moves, without doing much thinking.

There's a very basic leveling system, you gain points from playing which upgrades your rank (although rank means nothing really), at the end of the match the points are converted into credits and you use the credits to purchase new weapons, cards (which are like secondary items eg. grenades, jumppack, etc.) and cosmetic items. What annoys me is there is no armor option there is no armor in the game at all, which means even a high ranked player can get killed as easily as a newbie.

Try watching some reviews on youtube they cover pretty much everything good and bad about the game.
