Super Smash Bros Revolution Nominies!

I have seen this done on just about every other website, except this one! So, if you could choose any character to be in SSBR, who would it be?
There are rules to the characters...
1) Cannot be a character that belongs to a company that doesn't release games for Nintendo (Like characters from Rare, Terrifying The Terrorists, etc).
2) No disrespecting other's choices
3) The character does not have to be a Nintendo exclusive...but they have to be companies that team up w/Nintendo [past teams don't count] (companies that have released games & still do count, like Sega, etc)

In my favor would be Fire Emblem Lyn (the same one that is in my avatar all the time), b/c not only is she incredibly fast, but she is the only main character in Fire Emblem Franchises to use a bow, & her Mani Katti can kick butt!

Rayquaza from Pokemon...now that would kick ass. There are so many great characters in Pokemon. I voted for Sonic and Tails though.

What the bloody hell is "Super Smash Bros Revolution Nominies"!

Kids today with their fancy terms......

Back in my day "when I were a lad" we had to contend with computers like Commodore 64's, none of this fancy foreign Nintendo-Station whatever ya call it crap (Unless your talking about the original Nintendo back in the days of hard laybor).

I remember the days of the “Game-Boy”….when you got home from a hard days work down the mill, it was always waiting on the table, quietly waiting to be played after a nice relaxing cup of tea. The noise would click in when flicking the power to “ON” and it entered the air and then you saw the logo “Nintendo” and sang the sweet sound of joy to the music of Tetris (Ahhhhhhh!).

We used to play that game for hours and still av enough time to play link up on Double Dragon.....those were the days

Look, if you don't like this topic, you don't have to post in it!! So please keep those opinions about SSBR to yourself if you don't like it(unless your name happened to be Icedawg)!!
Also, I made it perfectly clear that you don't disrespect other's choices

Kids today eh, no respect for their senior citizens, “I was in the war I have you know” i didnt serve 4 years for my country to be treated this way…..

Develop a sense of humor…..

It was a perfectly innocent post nesgirl - in tone, shape and form. I wasn’t trying to “disrespect other's choices" - its called banter, sarcasm, chitchat etc

If you read the post again you might understand the way I was using the words……

Maybe its the British sense of humor and sensibility that young Americans don’t seem to understand?

Yup yup. Kirby was my favorite character for that game...I would own everyone I knew....

...I hope they manage to put metaknight or something..that would be cool...with the gliding wings, and sword attacks...

I really don't like the greed that Nintendo goes through. I know hundreds of people who professionally work in the game industry. The only place I ever hear big complants from is Nintendo. They treat their workers like crap.

When Nintendo bought out Sega there was a lot of anger. I was in a room with 20+ people who worked for various game industries (Very good for being able to test out games before they come out) and Sega workers and others alike were angry. Not because of the jobs, but because of how Nintendo will portray the characters. Sonic Heroes was not really looked highly upon. Personally, I didn't think it was that bad, but that's my opinion. If these people voiced their opinions they could lose their jobs. It's really a sad world when it comes to Sega.

As for SSBR as long as I can kick ass with this new character I will use it. I liked Falco. I mastered him and Marth. I beat a lvl 9 Link blindfolded once by memorizing its attack patterns. SSBM has a long history in my life and it built a great friendship.

They never bought out Sega, Sega became a third party developer and publisher, there's a big difference, Nintendo had next to no say in the games they resleased. SAmmy then bought out Sega and Sammy have next to no relation to Nintendo. Sonic Heroes was not excusively Nintendo, it was developed with the PS2 in mind and was released on PS2, PC, GC and Xbox, it was aimed at little kiddies, which was NOT Nintendo's choice, it was Sammy trying to make money.

Yes Lyn should be added, its the best FE character (coughLynfanboycough) she is so cool, fast, and I can just imagine the fights in Smash if they add her, Link,Marth and Roy vs Lyn, OMG.

And aslo add Dark Samus, BUT LYN FIRST

, as long as Lyn is in then I would be happy if not, then I will have to wait till next Smash

.

And well if they wanna add Meta-knight its ok.

Megaman is already in a fighting game and he kicks ass. Marvel vs Capcom (and it's sequels). Roll also makes an appearance as a hidden character. In that franchise, I would have to say that I like Tron Bon the best. I can just imagine them in SSBM.

Personally, I pwned with Ganondorf, but my first and most beloved character will always be Link. I was also quite fond of the Ice Climbers. No one could beat my Ice Climbers. I also enjoyed (and sometimes pwned) with Kirby, Samus, Zelda (not Sheik), and Mr. Game and Watch when I really wanted to irritate my friends.

Oh, and since we're going with who we'd like to see pop up in a fighting game, where the hell is Sephiroth? I'd love to see him in another fighter because he ruled in Ehrgeiz.

Edit: How could I forget my man Strider Hiryu! Games are always better with ninjas.

Oh, we'll see about that (Haven't practiced in a while, b/c of Fire Emblem, so I will need to practice).
I will have you know that b4 Melee came out, I actually entered a SSB Tourney at the U of U, & spanked everyone!!
