Anyone played it?

LIMBO

It's a game from an independent Danish company.
It was originally for 360 but they just made it available on PC and PS3.
You can buy it on Steam for $10.

It's a bloody great game. A little short, like maybe one night's worth of play or a little more, but for $10 it is worth it.

Great game, I definitely recommend it. Very impressed by it, and of course there's also some national pride there.

I've noticed recently that the Scandinavian countries seem to produce some of the most truly unique artists. Bjork, Sigur Ros are more well known examples. But I've seen a lot of others. And this girl who was in the year above me at uni and from Sweden did the most wonderful illustrations I've ever seen, just so completely unique.

just started downloading it and then I saw this post. what a coincidence.

There's also Mojang (Minecraft) and Frictional Games (Penumbra series and Amnesia).

All indie developers, but they push out some of the games I've ever played.

There's also DICE of course, who also make brilliant games, though not exactly indie. Mirror's Edge is probably one of the best games I've ever played.

Nawwww. You can't compare them. Overall I liked Inception more than this game though.

Just saw the trailer, looks amazing. Do you guys recommend it because I'm thinking of putting some more money in my steam account and buying it. Overall though, I'm impressed by the minimalism and creativity of the makers of this game.

Edit: Imagine having a dream like that. Geeeez that would be ridiculous.

Played it. Good game. Although I bought it on Xbox at a time when they said they weren't going to port to PC...

Incredible game, I'm about halfway through it. Beautiful art style and those spider sequences are gaming gold.

Lol, I also thought this was about inception.

I've heard about the game, but never tried it. I don't really like games.
