Posting Soundtracks to my Website, Using Someone Elses Youtube Channel

      Excuse the longish title.

I am running a website for the video game series, Metal Gear Solid, and I have been wanting to post soundtracks from the video game for everyone's viewing (or rather, listening) pleasure.

But I know what you must be thinking. "Those soundtracks don't belong to you" and I know that, but it's different with video games. Companies like Konami sees this more as an opportunity, and so they won't delete your videos. Instead of deleting them, they will allow you to keep them as long as they run ads on your videos/soundtracks. They can still make money while you host their content.

That being said, I was thinking about buying the soundtracks myself, but they cost more than the video games . But I'm too paranoid to download them off sites like Piratebay. But I was thinking this:

There are people who are already hosting those soundtracks on their own channel. I had already asked for permission to use them from about 5 people, and I only heard back from 1 of them saying it was OK. Well I just had this thought, they don't own those soundtracks. What if I just put them on my site without asking? It's not like the person is going to sue me. They can't claim ownership over the soundtracks that are actually owned by Konami.

But I wanted your opinion first. I'm not asking for anyone to side with me, I just want to know if you think it's OK to do this. Would you do it? Can I put soundtracks on my website from someone elses Youtube channel if they don't own the content?

By the way, here's my website: Metal Gear Solid Walkthroughs. It's a rather new site, so don't mind any issues you may come across (by the way, the soundtracks are in the Downloads section. So far, only a couple of the Metal Gear Solid 2 soundtracks have been posted.)
