Princess Jellyfish (I haven't read the manga, if there is one, but the anime, even though it's short, is pretty funny. Basically an Otaku girl who lives in a house with women who aren't considered to be pretty (by makeup etc.). She finds a guy who is considered hot, but he likes to cross dress. And all sorts of funny shit happens.
B Gata H Kei- A girl who is a virgin is trying to have 100 fuck buddies (it doesn't show sex though, it's just Ecchi/pantyshots most of the time with the occasional odd references to certain body parts :chuckle)
To Love Ru-Like B Gata H Kei, but with 10x more panty shots.
Someone already mentioned Yu Yu Hakusho, I absolutely LOVED the Chapter Black Saga from that show. Sensui was just bad-ass. To obtain a power that requires at least 40 years with discipline and having the inherent desire to correct the world around you, which requires purity, but he found a loophole when he experienced Multiple Personalities to cope with the trauma of punishing demons who sin while at the same time committing sins of murder to finish the job.
He was so innocent, it was like seeing a baby child with the mentality of a Orator, Sadistic Killer, Poet, etc. And the power of the Sacred Energy with 7 personalities = power 7-fold.
Fucking epic. He was definitely the strongest human in the series, of course, before everyone else got stronger from his tactful planning to see the demon world and hopefully see it in the demon's eyes so that is ideals that were irrefutable would become inverted, and that he would finally understand the barriers between humans and demons to find content.
Although the Manga was better because it went to the extremes (Like Makuro's dark past with her father that treated her like a sex slave....or Itsuki's passion for Sensui that made others question if it was a homosexual relationship, while the anime just made Sensui as the guy who thought of Itsuki is a partner, but not a lover, like a pawn to finish his goals).
And the fight between Mukuro and Hiei during the last tournament was freaking epic. Two cold-hearted killers finally coming to a resolution to relate to each other. And realizing that they cannot be fueled by hatred that made them stronger anymore.
Seeing Hiei use the Dragon of the Darkness Flame to break Mukuro's chains off, which was the source of her power because she thought she would forever be a slave to these chains that would not break free.
When she said to Hiei that his dragon could not hurt her, and then Hiei saying back with an almost romantic and lovey-dovey quote that she should leave her hatred in the past where it belongs, and that she doesn't have to be shackled to it anymore.
And seeing her face go from "lolwut?" to "holy mother fucking shit" when the chains break, that small *GASP* as she feels the weight of her hands feeling lighter.
The feeling of freedom, and finding the person who accepted her consciousness as if it were home to him. One of the most romantic and almost sadistic relationships in the end of the series.
